How we perform
Once the customer approaches we would have a very good interaction with customers based on their interest and choice, then we provide couple of options. We analyse and understand the customer what they are looking for. We provide option of 4-5 branded projects and we take them to the site. We will provide site visit at free of cost. One of our consultant will take them to site visits engage them to the builders sites, once the customer has choosen the project we perform a risk analysis at free of cost we recheck on brand, date of possession, then ask customers to have further documents review and also the ongoing progress of project. To conclude we assist completely till the customer buys the property. We always want to see a happy customer.
